I would choose the Extra Care Daily because I have occasional bouts of digestive upset and bowel issues.
I already take a probotic but my hubby, who is over 50, doesn’t so I would choose the ADULT 50+ DAILY PROBIOTIC 25 BILLION for him.
I would get the womens probiotic as I am starting menopause.
