Truly Mexican: Essential Recipes and Techniques for Authentic Mexican Cooking

  • 128 recipes
  • Illustrations of every recipe

I love that it has recipes for salsa! My husband and I love salsa and I would like it to make it myself but I have no idea how to and I’m sure this book would help!

I like it when he says Mexican cooking is not difficult it just uses complex flavors. He explains things that might be difficult to understand just reading for example how to roast chilis or make your own tortillas. sounds like a nice cookbook.

I love Mexican food!!! We have this fabulous restaurant in our town that I could eat at almost everyday if I could afford it! I love that this says, “An introduction to Mexican cooking covers the main ingredients as well as how they’re best prepared” because whenever I try to cook something new I end up ruining it because I don’t know how to work with the ingredients. Thanks for the chance!
