Great every time I visit one of your giveaways I find something new I’d love to have & try! I liked several of the items but FermentEm 4-Piece Fermenting Kit: 4 Wide Mouth Mason Jar Fermentation Lids – Waterless Airlock System seems like a good starter for someone like me that knows nothing about how to.

I’d like to buy the book Kombucha Revolution: 75 Recipes for Homemade Brews, Fixers, Elixirs, and Mixers. I’ve always wanted to try fermenting and this would give me a lot of ideas to try and inspire me to come up with something of my own.

I would to buy the “Fermented Vegetables: Creative Recipes for Fermenting 64 Vegetables & Herbs in Krauts, Kimchis, Brined Pickles” because I would love to know how to make kimchi. We eat kimchi and Vietnamese pickled vegetables with every meal and that is can be very costly to buy. This would save us a ton of moolah.
