I would go for mystic Mandalas. I love Mandalas and used to color them before it was popular.

There are many options for adults to color now. It just depends on your wants and needs. Coloring is relaxing and therapeutic. It brings out the kid in you and hopefully gets you calmer and ready to play.

I would pick Balance (Angie’s Extreme Stress Menders Volume 1). I suffer a lot with stress and I really want to try and see if coloring books help me 🙂 But all of them are beautiful! Thanks for this 🙂

I really like the Creative Coloring Inspirations: Art Activity Pages book. I think it would be a great mood lifter and you could also frame the finished pages and give them as gifts or hang them up for little bits of inspiration. 🙂

I would get the Best of Adult Coloring Books Paperback – October 12, 2015. I hope, but don’t think they are, the pictures are larger than what I normally see in Adult Coloring Books. I have always enjoyed coloring with my children and I think some or most all of the Adult Coloring Pages are beautiful when they are colored but they are too much detail for me in coloring. I find this odd too because I’m a pretty detail driven person. Anyway, the ones I’ve seen colored are gorgeous.

I liked – Balance (Angie’s Extreme Stress Menders Volume 1)
Also liked – Adult Coloring Book: Stress Relieving Patterns

Sometimes I like to zone out and these two books make that possible with their symmetric and orderly patterns. I like organization more than the abstract. (But I do like pretty florals as well.)

I work at my local bookshop where we sell a lot of coloring books, so I know my fair share of them. But my favorite one by far is The Mindfulness Colouring Book: Anti-Stress Art Therapy for Busy People!
