The Spice Lab Introduces the 11 tube Hawaiian –Aloha Sea Salt Collection, MSRP $49.95

The Spice Lab Gourmet Sea Salts available  are offered in 5, 6 or 11 sampling test tube sets

Ever wanted to try something new and not want to commit to a large size of a particular flavor?  The Spice Lab offers you just that opportunity!  They offer high quality Gourmet Sea Salts, in 150 different flavors, such that your committment is low but your enjoyment and variety level is high!

What is The Spice Lab Gourmet Sea Salts?

The Spice Lab was founded when the company president, Brett Cramer, who has a passion for food and cooking, turned a fascination with sea salts from a handmade  gift idea into a booming new business.  The Spice Lab Gourmet Sea Salts gives chefs (and home cooks) access to some of the best tasting and undiscovered salts from around the globe.

stillblonde3 small The Chief Blonde Remarks:  The Spice Lab Gourmet Sea Salts were a surprise to me.  Sure I have tried Gourmet combination salts and spices before but never such dramatic flavor blends And never such clever packaging.  I liked that each exotic sea salt comes in a Pyrex test tube with an all-natural cork stopper.  Whatever size collection you buy (5, 9 or 11) comes stunningly displayed in a handcrafted,  American-made, recycled lumber  base.  The sea salt tubes contain approximately one oz. of salt and a reference card is included in each package which offers suggestions on uses of the salts and dish pairings.   I really adored the Wild Mushroom Cyprus Flake and the Chardonnay Oak Smoked Fleur De Sel salts.  I also found the reference card useful such that I used my sampling salts in the proper way until I got used to their unique flavors and textures.   www.thespicelab.com

Can’t Wait to Win it?  Buy it ! The Spice Labs NOW!  The Spice Lab Gourmet Sea Salts sampling selections retail from $24.95 to $59.95. Get one for a friend, a gift or buy one or two for yourself!

I’d pick the Aloha just because of the name and because a friend of mine moved to Hawaii!

1006 BBQ Smoked Sea Salt Collection
From previous posts, I see this one must be a popular one. I chose it as well because we do a lot of BBQ’in and smoking. We also use elk, deer, wildgame when we smoke so I think this would be very nice to have to give the meat some kick. (since my husband took all the kick out of the animals during huntin’ season, it seems only right) 🙂

the 1002 sampler package because I think it’s list sounds like a good mixture that would work well with the type of cooking I do.

Having yet another MAJOR Flood – and again having to move and start over due to mold – having something new, attractive, contemporary, functional and cooking friendly would be more than fantastic!!!

I hope I am doing this correctly —
