I had never tried Terrapin Ridge Farms Products before I received them to review. I was able to sample each of the products featured in the group shot above. Sometimes, when you try a line of foods, some are good, some not so good…NOT true with Terrapin Ridge Farms! Each product is carefully thought out and executed. The Tart cherry, apple and rosemary glaze was my favorite. I used it to make a wonderful Steelhead fish recipe.
Other Terrapin Ridge Farms products that I particularly enjoyed were the Sea Salt Pita Chips and the Sweet Heat Salsa. Both were quite fantastic on their own (the Pitas were gone in the first sitting), but together they made a perfect pairing. The sweet and salt combo was nirvana! I took the Dulce de Leche (Caramelized milk) sauce to my parents and we ate it warm over ice cream..Oh WOW! #AteWithASpoon I can’t even begin to detail how great this stuff is…just get some for Christmas.

The Passion Fruit Jalapeno Jelly sounds really good. I love spicy foods and the added sweet from the passion fruit would make it even better. I also think the Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Squeeze would be something I would want to use all the time (wish they had the ingredients listed on their website for allergy reasons).
I would like to try the Strawberry & Fig Jam. I love strawberry jam & the addition of figs sounds delicious.
The flavors are unique and seem interesting to try. Each product seems like something I could use and do more with, such as finding unique ways to use it in meals. I love to take sauces and dips, using them to find new ways to add to meals or snacks.
The cinnamon and pita chips sound really good
I’d try the Garlic Balsamic & Herb jam…would be great with brie and crackers.
Chocolate Coconut Sauce/Dip sounds so yummy! They have some delicious looking goodies on there site! 🙂
