Terrapin Ridge Farms — A Full Gourmet Lineup of Sauces, Pita Chips, Salsas, and more

I had never tried Terrapin Ridge Farms Products before I received them to review. I was able to sample each of the products featured in the group shot above.  Sometimes, when you try a line of foods, some are good, some not so good…NOT true with Terrapin Ridge Farms!  Each product is carefully thought out and executed.  The Tart cherry, apple and rosemary glaze was my favorite. I used it to make a wonderful Steelhead fish recipe.

Other Terrapin Ridge Farms products that I particularly enjoyed were the Sea Salt Pita Chips and the Sweet Heat Salsa.  Both were quite fantastic on their own (the Pitas were gone in the first sitting), but together they made a perfect pairing.  The sweet and salt combo was nirvana!  I took the Dulce de Leche (Caramelized milk) sauce to my parents and we ate it warm over ice cream..Oh WOW!  #AteWithASpoon   I can’t even begin to detail how great this stuff is…just get some for Christmas.

Speaking of, I ordered this from Terrapin Ridge Farms for my brother for Christmas:

Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips because they can be used to scoop ice cream?! And are better than twice baked pita chips!

I wouldn’t know where to start with their products, so many of them sound so delicious and the flavor combinations are unique to jams, dips, salsas, and other products. I often use jams as a glaze for fish, and the Garlic, Balsamic & Herb Jam and Passion Fruit Jalapeno Jelly would be tasty and delicious additions. Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze sounds great, too.

I like the strawberry-Fig Jam. My granddaughter and I love having tea parties with tea and bagels with a little cream cheese and a jam. I always try to find interesting jams at farmers markets or other places to share with her!
