Monroe and Main are Springing Forward

still blonde The Chief Blonde Remarks:  This outfit by Monroe and Main, the sponsor of our Fashionista Events Pinterest Board ,  is soooo on trend for Spring 2013.  The bright hues will just make you smile.  I love how the jewelry and scarf coordinate without looking all matchy.  These Lola Skinny Jeans fit so well and are so comfortable that I have already gotten another pair in coral! I am pretty sure that I will figure out some way to get the purple and blue too!   The pants are mostly cotton with a tad of Spandex.

Check out Monroe and Main Spring line.  I think Women over 45 and all our your friends will be amazed at all the cute clothes they have and wonderful accessories. Monroe and Main also carries Shoes and Plus Sizes!  They are running a 20% off special, now through March 15 when you use the code: MMSPRINGFASHION!

Blog Note: Fashionista Events was compensated for some portions of this Event and/or received a review sample.

Those pants do look good on you. I like that color. And the scarf does go well with the pants. I want to see the other color on you too.

I need some new pants myself but I want to wait till I lose some of my butt and hips…which of course may mean I never get new pants…but with spring coming I’m more likely to manage it than in the winter.

You have a point. If I feel good about how I look I might find it easy to do things to make me feel even better.

So that would be a great reason to go shopping no?

Hmmm I’ll tell my hubby you recommended it :p

I’d love to see what shoes you paired with this outfit! Are they the white strappy one’s you can see in the other photo? Love the color of the blue pants too – really stands out.

Hahahah Jennifer! As I was climbing around a battleship, for once in my whole life I had on flats (running shoes UGH!). But normally I would wear a metallic heel with this outfit of which I have many!

I love the color of the jeans and the feather scarf is really pretty. You rock the outfit.
Question: Did you find that the jeans “grew” a size after you wore them for 1/2 a day or more? I am having the worst time with what I think is too much lycra in many brands.

They do stretch out a bit over the day as is the nature of spandex but not too bad! (By the end of the day I can usually use a little stretch! HA!)

The color of jeans are great for the springtime. Also, the accessories are very beautiful too! They are very stylish and practical as well. The jacket just tops off the outfit perfectly. The model is ready for the town, and has the confidence to get what she wants when she wants it positively!
