Sent to me by my beloved Aunt Judy (she provides a lot of my great material!)
Although a great joke, do I really need to see this? I mean aren’t the pump prices just punishment enough? How glad am I that we sold that great big gas guzzling truck (thank-you Honey for INSISTING!). In a recent trip to North Carolina gas varied from $3.65 to $3.29–now really. Being over 45, I can seriously say that I remember lines around the block waiting for gas, gas at $0.79/gallon (am I imaging that?), cars that got 5 miles/gallon, and gas wars–where stations would lower prices just to have the lowest price around.
For this particular spike, I have no remedy but to stay home and BLOG MORE!!!

Gas is $4.30 here today. That’s for REG. not super. I remember odd even days back in the 70’s due to the gas shortage… but this is insane. On the plus side, it’s easier to lose weight when you can’t afford food or you buy food but have to walk everywhere!

I DO not go anywhere. IF I do, I do so many things that I am exhausted when I get home.
