Should I use Ting as my Mobile Plan?

October 20, 2015 By Shelley Zurek 47 Comments

Ten Reasons to answer YES to “Should I use Ting?”

Today’s discussion is brought to you by Ting. This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic

Should I use Ting mobile plan Top ten reasons

What is Ting? Should I use Ting?

Ting is a mobile service (to replace your current one) that doesn’t make you pick a plan. How much you use, is what you pay for as many devices as you want. Ting comes with no hidden fees, penalties, or contracts. They call it mobile that makes sense, I call it “I WANT IT!”

I am going to give you the top ten reason for using Ting below. MAKE SURE TO READ all the way through as there is a great promotion at the end where you can get a $5 Starbucks Card or just click here if you can’t wait. (Current ATT users only, restrictions apply…of course…so read all the fine print.)

But first this very informative 45 second Ting video to bring you up to speed on how Ting’s rates work!

Top Ten Reasons– “Should I use Ting” Mobile Plan

  • #1 SAVINGS! $23 is the average monthly bill per device for Ting Customers.
  • #2 BYOD! Bring your own device. 80% of the phones on other plans now come to Ting. Ting offers both GSM and CDMA networks. That means that your Sprint, T-Mobile, ATT, and Verizon phones may be able to easily transfer to Ting. If you don’t have a compatible phone, or just want a new one, Ting has new and refurbished phones for sale in their online store.
  • #3&4 CONTROL! with the Ting Dashboard and mobile APP you can get alerts and control your bill. It even shuts off your data (or your son’s…LOL) if you are going over limits set by you.
  • #5 SERVICE! Award winning customer service.  Humans who answer all your questions.
  • #6 LOVE!  Customers and Media love the service.
  • #7 BLOG!  Ting’s blog provides articles every week to help you continue to reduce your bill. WHAT MOBILE COMPANY DOES THAT?
  • #8 FAMILY! Families save on Ting. Check out the Ting saving calculator to see how much your family can save over your current cell plan. Families are discovering savings from $90-$200! top 10 reasons why you should be Using TING as your mobile Plan Saving calculator

I’ve never heard of this. We used to have AT&T, but don’t anymore, because we had no reception at our home, or anywhere near it. It’s too bad all of these great deals are for customers who live in areas that have receptions. LOL

Never heard of this plan but it does look reasonably priced. Thank you!

I have not heard of this plan before. We now have our land line bundled with Internet, but we’re thinking of dropping the land line and use a cell for phone. Will look into this plan. Thanks for the info!

I’ve never heard of Ting, but it sounds great. It would save us over half of what we currently pay monthly.

Interesting idea from ATT. I wish it had better coverage in the areas I visit, though.

I don’t currently have a data plan since they are so expensive. My phone bill is around $10 a month. Have to look into this.

Paying for more than you need is SO last decade! It’s time we paid for what we actually use!
