still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks:

My dad has a whole room in his house for photos. Seriously…

new-features-amazon-prime-photos

He has photos from our family, his ancestors and my mom’s ancestors…it quickly multiplies.  I myself have 20+ years of photos, some in albums, some not.  I really want to be able to pull them up when I want them. Organizing them digitally is the answer for sure, I just need a great solution. When Plustek contacted me to review their scanner, I jumped at the chance.

Priced at $199, the Plustek ePhoto Z300 makes an excellent gift for adults, seniors and families who want to revive their memories and share them via email or on social media with the touch of a button.

The Plustek ePhoto Z300 features:

  • • fast, cutting-edge scanning technology, coupled with an intuitive user interface
  • • professional scan results that can be easily touched-up with the included software
  • • easy, one-touch saving and sharing to social media
  • • convenient scanning of other materials, from credit cards to recipes and documents
  • • a sleek, modern design that makes it as much an appliance as a décor piece

Plustek has been making scanners for professional photographers and offices for 30 years, and after hearing all of the positive stories of how our film scanners brought both memories and historical moments back to life, our team decided to develop a machine that could do the same for families.

My favorite thing is the size of the scanning area so I could scan large photos.

I love it that you can take old photos and scan them and make them look better than what they was. Would love to win this. Thanks for the chance!

I like you can feed your photos for a quick scan. Scanning is tedious. It needs to be quicker.

My favorite feature is that it has amazing clarity and detail for further color restoration and image enhancement. I have children that I would love to scan their pictures to my computer with the high quality.

I love that it has professional scan results that can be easily touched-up with the included software because I’m not very good with electronics.

This is my favorite feature of it:Automatically recognizes the size of each photo or document, and corrects possible skew

The photos option is so cool! My husband is a fishing nut and constantly going to Costco to get photos printed.

After I became familiar with this product, the part that caught me attention most was it’s scan modes! To explain, there’s a number of purpose that would serve an answer for in my daily routine – making the key feature it’s Scan Modes: Color: 48-bit input, 24-bit output. (Above all else it would serve as an aid to keep some files like medical records, test results and more handy when they are requested.)

Wow! This is an amazing product. I love that you can share right to social media. I have a lot of photos from my mom after she died and I would love to use this to scan them and send them to my uncles.
