What is Playmobil?
Do you know about Playmobil? I am always amazed at the number of parents and grandparents that don’t!
Since 1974, PLAYMOBIL® toys, created by Hans Beck, have become a classic throughout children’s playrooms, with play themes ranging from a knight’s castle to a sunny vacation hotel. My daughter had the big victorian dollhouse (now called the Grand Mansion) and my son had the Knight’s castle (his was quite similar to the current version.

As you know, my kids are now grown…but oh my did they love Playmobile when they were little!
We still have a massive box of Playmobil because I want to keep it for my grandkids AND because more than any other toy, my kids loved and identified with Playmobil! I consider Playmobil as heirloom toys.

PLAYMOBIL’s $39.99 and $39.99 help kids make the transition to school day fun! Yet, Playmobil for Adults can’t be denied. My kids came over when the Playmobil toys arrived, and immediately dived in and starting putting the whole schema together and playing. Now mind you, they are 23 and 25! I couldn’t help joining in the fray either! Why is Playmobil so much fun? Well, take these two toys, for example:

My kids have the fondest memories of playing with Playmobil and if I pull out the Playmobil toys today, they will still get down on the floor and play with their cousins. Playmobil is just so realistic and high quality. As a adult, you can really appreciate the level of play acting that can be attained from these fascinating toys. As well, Playmobil has so many different fun sets that play well together.

If you buy your kids one item for Christmas, buy them a Playmobil Playset like the awesome school bus or school house featured here. For the adults in your life, realize that there are many many other playscapes to capture any even the most sophisticated adult’s imagination!

I would like to get the PLAYMOBIL Haunted House Play Box Building Kit, it would be fun to build for Halloween.
I love this idea because it can be passed down rather than tossed away. It’s a family treasure!
my niece would love the grand mansion
i used to have playmobile as a kid and I really wish I kept it. I would get the PLAYMOBIL Fairies with Toadstool House Building Kit for my bookshelf. I think it would look cute for my fairy section on my bookshelf.

The Playmobile set that appeals to me as an adult is the
PLAYMOBIL Unicorn Jewel Castle Playset I would just love playin in a castle. To see all the luxurious item a princess would have. Castles and Mansions have always fascinated me..
Playmobile makes me reminisce about being a kid <3 Love gifting these sets and setting them up with my own children.
The Playmobil set that appeals to me as an adult is the PLAYMOBIL Summer Camper Playset! It just looks so fun, and can make my imagination soar!
I like the PLAYMOBIL Furnished Children’s Hospital Playset because it reminds me of a Barbie playset that I use to play with all of the time.
PLAYMOBIL School Bus because my 2 year old loves buses.
I like the PLAYMOBIL Family Camping Trip Playset because I love to backpack and camp.
I would love PLAYMOBIL Adventure Tree House Building Kit. My boys love their pirate sets, and the alligator swamp set they have, they would really love any of them. LOL
The School Bus would be my daughter’s favorite!
I love the adventure tree house set! It makes me think about long summer days in my childhood spent in a tree, reading and dreaming.
My son wants to own Wolf Knights Castle is so unique
The Playmobil camping set, I love anything to do with camping, I grew up camping almost every weekend with my famy. I have raised my kids to love camping also!!

I would love the PLAYMOBIL Playground Set, I take my young kiddos to the playground a lot! So I would love to set this up with my kiddos.
The PLAYMOBIL Wolf Knights’ Castle Playset Building Kit appeals to me! My kids and hubby aren’t really into the whole knights and castle scene 🙁 But I am, so I love this toy.
