Crunchy Pepperoni Chips and Pizza Dip Recipe!
Pepperoni Chips and Pizza Dip Recipe

Pepperoni Chips are a low-carb snack !

Recently, I have been trying out a lot of low-carb snacks in the search for the perfect hunger killer while making a big diet change. Of course, as said in the past, I am crazy for pizza.

Crunchy Pepperoni Chips and Pizza Dip

This appetizer is an intriguing, low-carb alternative to the original carb-packed pizza pie.

These crispy pepperonis are just like a potato chip in the way that they can support a good amount of dip, making them perfect for a super cheesy topping.

What makes this chip-dip combo even better is that it doesn’t require an oven.

I could use the Pizzacraft Pizza Peel (wooden). I have never owned a pizza peel so it would make pizza/oven time a tad safer.

I think this would be fun to try! My husband works in the pizza industry, and he wants to eventually open his own pizza restaurant. He loves experimenting with different pizza techniques, so this could be something to look into!

I love the 14″ Cast Iron Pizza Pan by Home-Complete. I’ve baked pizza with a stone before (a stone I use for bread, too), but the best pizza I tasted was baked on cast iron, strangely enough.
