New Features of Amazon Prime Photos to sort out an old Mess
For today’s “New Features of Amazon Prime Photos” discussion, I am serving as an #AmazonSpokesperson
Does your current family photo storage look like this?
Our family photos have their own room. No, seriously, they take up a whole room in my dad’s upstairs. They are a mess, all stored in envelopes, shoes boxes and old-photo-ruining-sticky albums. What’s a girl to do? Amazon has launched an all-new Prime Photos experience with Family Vault. Now, Prime members can share their benefit of unlimited photo storage with up to five family members or friends at no additional cost. Prime Photos is free for Prime members and makes it easy for family members to safely store and share all their favorite photos.

The Chief Blonde Remarks: I just downloaded the Prime Photos app. It downloaded in less than one minute. It looks like it will be easy for my dad and I to upload that big room of photos once we get our scanners rolling. So excited to finally be able to easily access all our photos in one place! The unlimited photo storage sure will come in handy as well!

I like that you can share your photos with up to people. That would make it a lot easier than emailing or texting pictures to other family members.
My favorite feature on the new Prime Photos App is the “Family Vault”. The search feature looks really nice too. I think this is an awesome app.
I would definitely store photos of ancestors, and generational photos so our family can keep up with who is who and who looks like who! Always so fun to see who you look like in the family!
I’d store lots of old photos from decades ago – family pics that are priceless
My favorite feature overall is the unlimited storage. But I do love that you can share your pictures with family.
I have started storing pictures of my kids. After my son passed away last year the idea of losing any pictures of him is a big fear of mine so this has been great having somewhere safe to back them all up.
I love that they are automatically organized for you
I read an email to sign up for this giveaway. Awesome!! I would store my kiddos pics and family trip photos.
Seeing photos on multiple devices.
I would store all of the old photos.
I would store my lids and grandkids photos on it.
My favorite new Prime Photos feature is the Image Search.
I like that you can organize and search your photos — I am always looking for something in particular, so that feature really works for me.
I would store pictures of my dad with his great-grandkids.
I would store photos of family events (birthdays, holidays) and the same for friends.
Wow this is a big one you always have the best giveaways up. I won the huge 12 kids sponsor’s, Kidstasticly giveaway from Love Mrs Mommy this morning so I am super excited with that! The entry form said it had 87,000+ entries on it can you believe that?!! I am shocked.
Barb! Congrats. See good things are coming your way because of that other win that you missed. So happy for you. Shelley
I like that you can add five family members or friends via the Family Vault at no additional cost.
I would store family photos in my Prime Photos Family Vault.
I would store my heritage family photos…and to be able to share them is such a bonus!
All of them. If it was easy to put them on there anyway. Lots of our old photos have not been made digital yet…this would be a good reason to go on and do that.
