Kahlua Fudge Popsicle Recipe: Grown Up Popsicles

June 12, 2016 By Alexzandra O'Donnell 342 Comments

Kahlua Fudge Popsicles — The “just right” adult frozen treat

Kahlua Fudge Popsicles REcipe

It’s that time of year! Not just warm weather, but the season of delicious popsicle recipes “popping” up everywhere! I had to pick up my own set of popsicle molds to make my favorite ice-cold sweet– fudge pops! or for those over 21… Kahlua Fudge Popsicles!

No one wants to bake in hot weather, or for that matter, be indoors when the sun is shining. Like most popsicle recipes, this one requires no cooking, and gets you back into the clear skies and green grass in no time. Plus, it can be made into a 21 and older treat with a dash (or two…or three..) of Kahlua!

I like the Zoku Classic Pop Molds, 6 with drip guards, because they’re separate and since I’m single, it would be nice to have just one popsicle at a time.

There’s 2 things I’d really like to try. One is the Popsicle Cookbook and the second is those Onyx Stainless steel mold. The cookbook looks to have really good ideas for Popsicles and the mold because I don’t trust plastic products and I like stainless steel things.

I’d get the BPA Free IBO Premium Popsicle Mold -Ice Pop Maker – Set of 6 Popsicle Molds -it has tray and drip guard, it’s reusable & dishwasher safe. These have a 4 1/2 star rating on Amazon, too.

I’m not much into the really sugary frozen treats myself. I really love Mexican ice pops, so I’d love to get the Paletas: Authentic Recipes for Mexican Ice Pops, Shaved Ice & Aguas Frescas. I also want to get a mold to make frozen treats for my dogs – either bone shaped or something else cute.
