Kahlua Fudge Brownies with Salted Caramel Hazelnut Frosting

Kahlua? Fudge? Brownies? Salted Caramel? Frosting?

STOP RIGHT THERE! Some people are always taking medicine and using fancy devices when they are down or feeling under the weather. Me? I go for Kahlua Fudge Brownies with Salted Caramel Hazelnut Frosting to give me a pick-me-up. Why not?  The name just says “Sun and Fun” and what could be better for brightening your day.

Kahlua Fudge Brownies with Salted Caramel Hazelnut Frosting is the perfect recipe for when you need a chocolate, chewy, cheerful dessert! The added Kahlua makes the brownies light and moist, and the Salted Caramel Hazelnut spread is sure to please any sweet tooth! Perfect for any get together or those wrapped-up-in-a-blanket nights.

Serves: 10
Ingredients
  • • Box of Fudge Brownie Mix (+ all ingredients listed on the box of brownies mix)
  • • ½ cup of Kahlua or ½ cup of Bailey’s Espresso Crème
  • • Jif Salted Caramel Hazelnut Spread
  • • Non-stick Baking Spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven as directed on box mix.
  2. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  3. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box mix, and add ½ cup of Kahlua or Bailey’s Espresso Crème to the mixture.
  4. Once thoroughly mixed, pour into sprayed baking pan.
  5. Bake brownies as directed on box mix.
  6. Once brownies are cooked and have cooled, cut into squares.
  7. Frost brownie squares with Salted Caramel Hazelnut Spread.
  8. Enjoy!

    I’ve never tried these, so I’d get the Brownie Brittle Chocolate Chip Variety Pack, 20 Count. I heard it’s healthier than real brownies and that would be so great!

    I’d buy the Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix because I love freshly baked treats most! I love that you can find a lot of recipes for variations on the boxed mix, too!
