Clothing that Comforts
The Chief Blonde was sent these beautiful Janska peices for this feature. She is wearing Janska Ruffle Scarf ($42), Janska Denver Jacket ($150), Monroe and Main Fall Color Skinny Jeans ($60), Target Boots–Old (Similar)
The Chief Blonde Remarks: I admired the Janska clothing line the minute I saw it. When I saw the designer I knew why…duh…she’s Blonde!
Jan Erickson, the woman behind Janska
But more than the blonde hair, I love her philosophy. Her Motto is: Why sacrifice comfort for style? While that seems sensible, I won’t wear something comfortable that’s not stylish! Luckily, Jan pairs both concepts together into the most beautiful fleece (yes I said FLEECE) designs that you have ever seen. All the garments are designed and made in the US, which is super important to me.
What did surprise me was that Janska’s fleece garments provide year-round comfort! I think it’s wonderful that because Jan’s designs are so stylish and versatile that over 700 upscale boutiques now carry Janska nationwide. That’s a sure vote of confidence.
I found the Janska line to be everything it promised. The scarf was uber cute and soft like a stuffed animal around my neck. I wore the coat from the second I go it, and really didn’t want to take it off. The clothing gives your body that feeling of your favorite warm cozy blanket, but the mirror tells you that you look on-trend and put together. Janska carries jackets, hats, scarves, wraps, capes, and vests. The Denver Jacket I am wearing in the pictures above is from Janska’s new Colorado Collection. It’s best selling feature is that it’s a faux wool, so it has the look and style without the care and itch of wool. Isn’t that the best idea? Highly recommend Janska!

I like the pocket cape with buttons. Looks comfy and casual!
I LOVE the Aspen Cape – it can easily go from work to evening!
Love annas wrap in red, looks warm
I like the Boulder coat
The Denver jacket is my favorite because it is flattering – and washable.
Love the Boulder coat in bayberry – Seriously, we go between car and builidings and I do not find myself buttoning or zipping my coat … even in the middle of a storm. The car heaters are very effective and it seems to balance out with just holding the coat shut and not dawdling on the way to car. I love the cut and shaping of this coat
Love the mocks socks booties, because my feet are ALWAYS cold
I like the Pocket Cape w/ Button, because it’s simple, easy to wear and stylish. On cool days, I can just wrap up in it, and I’m out the door.
I like the Boulder coat because it looks like it would be easy to just throw on and go 🙂
I like the Arm Warmers…I tend to run cold but I can’t wear gloves all the time, as I need to be able to drive and use my phone, etc.
I love the Boulder coat! It looks super comfortable and easy to wear.
I love the LapWrap® because it looks super comfy and not too heavy.
I like the Colorado Collection Rosette because it looks real
I love the Vail Coat in stone!
Besides the Denver jacket offered in the giveaway , I love the Aspen cape. It would look great with a pair of black boots and skinny jeans.
LOVE THE BOOTS
I think I like the Vail Coat a lot, but the Denver Jacket is absolutely AWESOME! Thanks for this GREAT giveaway!! =)
I like the MocSocks® Booties. I have ceramic tile floors that get chilly. These would be great for those not so warm days.
LapWrap®
I like the Aspen Cape because it looks stylish and is one size fits all.
