Inkspirations Adult Coloring Books: Turn off negativity while healing the spirit

Inkspirations Adult Coloring Books

Current titles in the Inkspirations Adult Coloring Books series. All available on Amazon.

I was sent this beautiful new line of coloring books from Inkspiration! 8 gorgeous Inkspiration adult coloring books from the original publishers of Chicken Soup for the Soul! This line of coloring books is brought to you through the original art work of various coloring artists. Each book is ready to encourage, inspire, and help worries fade.

Inkspirations Adult Coloring Books

I enjoyed the fact that each book was created with artwork from a different coloring book artist. I loved the variation that each one offered me. Each photo is accompanied by an appropriate quote. For example, the picture that I am working on above has this quote next to it:

What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity.”

~Joseph Addison

I can see these books being wonderful gifts throughout the fall and superb for holiday gift giving. Just look at the titles that they will be releasing prior to the holidays:

Why Adult Coloring?

Inkspirations coloring books include a wide array of themes to help express creativity and enjoy therapy through coloring. To start overcoming heartache, releasing tensions, and building positive energy, I would encourage adult coloring. My aunt recently broke her pelvis and then within a few days had a massive heart attack. She has a huge recovery period ahead, I am definitely bringing her the Inkspirations for Recovery coloring book to aid her in her journey to health. Art therapy has long proven its effects as an aid in emotional and mental restoration, and it is not news that coloring as active meditation reduces stress and quiets thoughts.

You don’t have to feel childish coloring either. It’s a trend that many are grabbing hold of! An estimated 12 million adult coloring books sold in the U.S. last year, according to Nielsen, up from 1 million in 2014.

It is hard to pick one. When I was a child I loved to color! I remember one time when I was home from school sick and my mother brought me coloring books. As an Adult, I find coloring so relaxing as well as an expression of my inner talents.
My answer is that I would enjoy owning any of the Inkspirations products.

I want the garden ones so I could give to my mom. She isn’t moving around as good as she use to and she loves her garden. Maybe it would help with how much she misses working in it.

I love cats and the idea of a Carly coloring book, but I probably wouldn’t be great at coloring it. Every cat would probably just end up being grey like my cat baby we lost this summer.

So, I would probably like something that could be freeing…some Christmas Joy, maybe! I like the way that one looks. 🙂
