How do I cover Bald Spots? Roots? Wouldn’t you love to cover them?
Madison Reed Root Touch-up
Have you ever wondered “How do I cover Bald Spots”? “How do to cover Roots?” Recently, after the passing of my mom, I lost a lot of hair due to stress. Also, my hair is graying (under all that blonde).
An excellent way to cover blad spots, roots and gray is Madison Reed’s Root Touch-up. See my review here with before and after photos, and my product highlights here. This quick and easy powder formula is applied with a brush and is applied in 5 minutes without being sticky. Root Touch-up stays on until you shampoo it out. Won’t rub off on your clothing or pillows.
I am crazy about this product and can’t believe how natural the coverage is.
The Madison Reed Root touchup retails for $29.95 and is available at Madison Reed and at Sephora stores and Sephora online!
Rita Hazen Root Concealer for Gray Coverage
I have previously reviewed Rita Hazen Root Concealer for Gray Coverage here. I was so thrilled with the final result. It covered the gray, lightened up my roots! Now isn’t that exactly what it was supposed to do? This product will be in my makeup bag from here on out. I know I will use it for those times when I just can’t get my act together to be to the salon on time. I highly recommend this product. Just another little trick to keep the Chief Blonde looking Fab! YEAH! Rita Hazen Root Concealer for Gray Coverage comes in 5 shades and is available at Sephora $25.
The Chief Blonde Remarks: I must say I preferred the Madison Reed Root Touch-up over the Rita Hazen Root Concealer for Gray Coverage, but both were good products for the price.

i love that it comes in a little compact, so it’s discreet.
I like that it goes on instantly and it is water & pillow-proof that stays put .
I like that you can pick from 7 shades and it’s long lasting.
I love that it isn’t an aerosol which makes it so much more environmentally friendly!!
brush on technique seems so simple
Removing coffee stains from whites
On the go
First, rinse the stain from the back with cold water. This prevents the stain from sinking deeper into the fabric. Do not use bar soap, which may cause the stain to set.
I like the convenience of it if you can’t get to the salon when your roots appear as I have to fit salon appts into my life and I can’t always find the time.
I love all the shades and that it’s quick and long lasting!
I like the variety of shades available.
What a great giveaway! Making it waterproof is such an appealing quality. The shade variety is perfect! I love when companies do these kind of prizes for their fans. Thank you.
I love the brush for easy application! It’s awesome!
Its pillow proof! I hate the idea of not only having it rub off and lose the color, but then having to get out the nasty stains from my pillows.
I really love the fact that it’s travel-sized, so you can brush it on when you’re out and about for a quick touch up
I love that this is even an option. I had no idea!
I like the long lasting results each compact up to 60 uses….
I like that each compact is good for about 60 uses.
I like that it is not tested on animals. Thanks.
I like that the root coverup is rain, sweat and pillow proof.
There are many things that I am going to love about this product: It is easy to use, and you can use it 60 times!! With lovely gray hair that crops up in my roots within a few weeks, this product would save me money and save my hair. Even if i don’t win this giveaway, I will still be buying this product. Thank you!
I like that it’s waterproof and pillow proof.
