This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by HomeZada. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic
Do you have an Home Inventory? Is it Online and Safe?
When disaster strikes, will you have a home inventory in a safe place that you can readily access? If the worst happens to your home, can you really create an inventory of your home in your head? Let’s try a little test…list everything that is in your bedroom. Now go in there and see if there is anything you missed! Quite a few things, right?

Here’s how an Online Home Inventory on HomeZada works:
The Chief Blonde Remarks: I decided to inventory a room to show you how it works. This is a quick inventory of my half-bath. You can see how useful this information would be in the case of a disaster:
For each element of the room, there is an additional drill down menu where you can add more information including pictures, dimensions, warranty info, etc.
HomeZada, an entire online home management solution
HomeZada also includes other features in the essentials package (in addition to the home inventory) including : Property Documents, News and Mobile Apps. For $59/year, you can upgrade to the Premium addition which gives you the additional features of Home Maintenance, Home Improvement Projects, Home Finances, and all the elements for the Essentials package. The best feature, I think, is the maintenance alerts and tips: better avoid future problems and repair costs just checking and fixing small things 😉
I would love to win this one!
I like the online inventory feature!
I like that it is inexpensive and you can use it on your phone, tablet and computer. I like lots of organization.
The Home Maintenance Schedule would be most helpful to me, because things are always breaking down because I didn’t even know they needed maintenance in the first place.
i like the quotes at the bottom
that fact that i can use it mobile
I think the thing that I like the most is that I can control it from all of my devices. I think it is a very cool idea.
I like the Home Inventory function where you can make a database of your possessions by room with photographs, which would come in handy for insurance claims.
i like that it takes photos of your possessions and saves them online!!
Where do I start? There are so many important tasks that need to be done and this site sure helps with that!
thank you
The feature I like is being able to store receipts on the HomeZada site.
I like the Home Finances. It is a good way to keep track of your expenses and how much money you are spending. Good for those you can’t stay on budget.
I like the home project feature.
I like that you can itemize items in each room.
I love the Home Maintenance and Finances!
I really like the Home Maintenance Schedule Checklist, thanks!
I think it’s really convenient having all of this information in one easily accessible online location, and I really like the maintenance checklists as a useful reminder for household projects.
I really like the home inventory. There are things I wouldn’t think about putting a value on until I make a real list.
I like the home project feature.
