HomeZada Online Home Inventory

May 21, 2014 By Shelley Zurek 269 Comments

WHAT? You don’t have a Home Inventory?

This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by HomeZada. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic

Online Home Inventory HomeZada

Do you have an Home Inventory? Is it Online and Safe?

When disaster strikes, will you have a home inventory in a safe place that you can readily access? If the worst happens to your home, can you really create an inventory of your home in your head? Let’s try a little test…list everything that is in your bedroom. Now go in there and see if there is anything you missed!  Quite a few things, right?

An Online Home Inventory is your safest bet for disaster

If all your data is stored in an offsite location and your home is destroyed, you will be able to readily access this information. HomeZada, an online home management solution allows you to take inventory of each room your home FOR FREE and store it all on the HomeZada site. It’s part of the FREE Essentials HomeZada subscription. The home inventory portion includes:

  • Reciepts
  • Warranties and Manuals
  • Room by Room photos
  • Home Inventory

Here’s how an Online Home Inventory on HomeZada works:

still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks: I decided to inventory a room to show you how it works. This is a quick inventory of my half-bath.  You can see how useful this information would be in the case of a disaster:

I like the HomeZada gives you 50 common home maintenance checklists on a calendar that reminds you what and when things need to get done. That would be so very helpful!

I definitely like the home maintenance alerts. Having rented so long and depending on someone else to do maintenance, I definitely need some assistance and guidance in this area! This would make me feel much more confident about owning a home. Thanks for the giveaway!

I love the home finance section allowing you to track the complete cost of remodels, yard upgrades, etc. It is so important to know exactly where your money goes each month. It sounds silly like a no brainier but I am always surprised at how quickly things add up. Working on something like a remodel yourself may take time and it would be easy to loose track to home much you have invested making it impossible to stay on budget.
