Living in San Diego, we are always waiting for the next big firestorm to hit. The Home Inventory feature is something that looks interesting.
The photo and record storage.
The home inventory is very interesting but right now the home improvements is of interest to me.
My fave features are the home inventory and home finances. Those are the 2 major areas that I keep putting off organizing. This product looks like it makes things easier.
I like that they have a library of over 150 common maintenance checklists.
I can make sure my exterior drains are not clogged, that’s cool!
I like that everything is in one place and stored away from my home so I have access to it if something does happen.

I really like that it has home maintenance alerts.
I like all of the checklist for maintenance! Its just some things get forgotten or shove to the back and then NEVER get done!

I love how easy HomeZada makes creating and tagging a home inventory, which would be extremely valuable in the case of robbery or flooding.
I love the home improvement management – we are going to start working on at least one major project soon, and I have some others I’d like to get to next year. I know from personal experience that home improvement projects – even small ones, even when you’re doing the work yourself! – can really add up in unexpected ways. anything that can help me manage this would be a great help!
home zada is a great compilation of tools to have, and the mobile app is handy, to keep up with all my home stuff…it’s a great idea (wish i had thought of it)I esp. love the home inventory component b/c I’ve been needing to record and store our valuables and never gotten a round to it 🙂
