Using more frames around the ads would improve your site!
I suppose the design could be a little “flashier”. I do have to say though that it is refreshing to have a blog that loads quickly, doesn’t have ads sliding in or up over the content that you are trying to read or pop ups to try and get you to sign up for the Newsletter…so if I have to choose between “flashy” and utility I choose utility…if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
I kind of like it the way it is. I am an electronics person and more giveaways in this category would be nice

You have a great blog, and I love seeing the different looks. The only thing I’d change is by adding some more affordable pieces and brands.
I enjoyed the instagram loop, more of those would be fun.
I would love to see the color scheme of the blog changed just for something fresh.
To be honest, I think it is fine but if I had to choose one thing is to much pink. Don’t get me wrong, pink is beautiful as it is my favorite color but it’s just a bit heavy.
The background color is a little jarring for me. And the vintage lace clashes a bit with the modern edges on the rest of the blog.
Other than that, nothing. I think your layout has clean lines, which I love. Your tabs above are kept at a minimum, which I love. And I especially love that your blog speaks to women my age. You have a subtle sense of humor in your writing that I like, too.
I would like to see more recipes.
Gosh, this is a tough one. I’ve followed your blog for a long time! I think I’d change your tag line to for women 40+. I turn 40 this year and for a time a few years ago the tag line was a bit off putting to me.
I would change your background, too. The mauve and lace feels dated- and your outfits are so much more modern. 🙂
I am not an expert on blogs so it is hard for me to criticize your wonderful blog! I love all your giveaways because your prizes are so generous! Maybe focusing more on accessories would be a possibility since women of all sizes may not find the right fit with the clothing?!
I would love to see more entertaining recipes, since I think those of us over 45 like to entertain small groups, like 4-8 people…for card game night, grilling, toddies and tea…,
I still want to see the outfit you wear to the gathering!!!!

One thing I would change about your blog is the color scheme and your logo. Just something to make things look lighter, less “heavy”.

Your blog looks great! Try using gleam, if possible, for giveaways. They are much more user friendly. 🙂
I would change the color because I don’t care for the pink.
