I enjoy coloring, itis very relaxing. My Mother has a dozen or so coloring books and colors every day.

Lovely stress relieving activity to do over holidays
This could be nice add to a gift basket or stuffing stuffer, or just as is, and for tweens to great grandma’s. Everyone likes to color that I know. Now I don’t have to beg my nieces to color, so I can color along, too. These are nice!
I love having these around when my granddaughters visit. They doodle while we talk.

I really like Change Your Life One Doodle at a Time: Creative Exploration from the Silly to the Serious. I like this because it has 50 fun and inspirational tips, prompts, and exercises to learn from. It seems as though it would really help with relaxation.
