I have baked my own bread before, but it has been a long time. I really would like to bake bread again. Now it would be even better as I have a Kitchen-Aid mixer to help mix the dough.

I have made my own bread and then found myself just too busy to keep up with it. Now that the boys are off in the Army, I plan to return to baking my own bread.
