I love that you can switch out the pictures and the coffee space for the mornings.
I like that not only does it add extra storage but also counter space too.
I like the “CHANGE PICTURE AT WHIM” feature because it allows me unlimited picture possibility when I decorate my room.
I like the Soft Close Hinges feature on this great cabinet.

I love this! We have downsized to a very small home. It is perfect for just Hubz and me, but I do need to maximize the space. This would be perfect for our joint study/craft room to hold my small crafty and sewing things. I love that it is easy to switch out the picture, too.

I am not sure what you mean by Ukies product, but what I love about the Flip Frame is that is great for apartment living. With limited space it’s nice that it is so functional.
I absolutely love the Flip Frame because it not only saves space but it gives a counter for those busy mornings when you just don’t have enough counter space and you need your coffee while making yourself look decent!
I think this would be useful for any room especially the kitchen or bath. I saw you can also use it as a work surface. Great for homework or an in home office.
