Lemon icebox pie. It reminds me of my childhood. My mom used to make it for my dad, sister and me. She hated it but made one about twice a month for us. They are rich but to eat them on occasion it’s not so bad.

My favorite dessert would have to be Boston Cream Pie. I just love how the sweet tasting cream melds so well with the cake and chocolate glaze.

Hot molten lava cake w/ ice cream. There’s nothing better than the sweet chocolatey center mixed with a bite of vanilla ice cream! It’s heaven!

My favorite dessert is cheese cake. I am not sure why it is except that it is. I first ate cheese cake as a kid in Germany in a cafe and ever since then it has been my favorite dessert.

Dessert, my favorite part of the meal. One of my all time favorites is a GOOD Lemon Meringue Pie, nice and tart with a fluffy meringue. Haven’t made one in a while. I’ll have to remedy that. My mom and grandmother, her mom, made wonderful ones. I guess it takes me back to when they were still with us. Good times.
