Many of you may not know but Walt and I have a few rental properties. When one renter moves out and before another renter moves in, we clean the place from top to bottom. You’d swear the place was new!
All that bending, lifting and squatting of the renovation helps keep us young and fit but it’s not easy on a condition of LBL (Light Bladder Leakage). LBL is that annoying bladder leakage that can result when you laugh, sneeze, cough, or exercise…and yes, even when you work!

Walking doesn’t seem like very strenuous exercise, but whether you are breaking into a jog, running a marathon or walking a local county park LBL is a real issue for many women. In fact, 1 in 3 women experience LBL.

Yes, I’ve reached the post menopausal stage of my life, as well. LBL is something I experience occasionally, so I buy an economy size package of Poise pads every month. It’s nice to be able to continue my active life without fear of embarrassment.
