How to shop a Shopbop Sale

First thing, the second I hear about the sale, I get on my computer…fast. I then hurry over to Shopbop…items go super fast!

When I shop a Shopbop sale, I go to my HEARTS (Shopbop allows you to save all your favorites in a mini-boutique/wishlist shop of your very own that you can go to and shop or drool whenever you want) and I just start putting things in the cart! When I reach my budget, I enter the promo code. If certain items are excluded from the sale, they usually come out of the cart. I focus mainly on sale items to get the BEST deals but I also stock up on basics too.

I am crazy about metallic and bling! This outfit has both. I hearted this outfit at full price and have stalked it all the way down to 50% + this 25% off. Sometimes I put things into my HEART section and I am not quite sure if I love them. Then they go on sale or I find something to go with them and I love them a little more. When the additional 25% off comes along, I say, what the heck, why not try them? What you need to know is Shopbop has free returns…so if you hate something just send it back! Now, here an example of when I throw total caution to the wind. This jacket is exorbitantly expensive even w/discount and at 70% off it’s the one item I can’t return as it’s final sale…but isn’t it divine? (Haute Hippie Jacket Orignally $895, Sale $268, w/discount $201)
