OH BOY! Did I have fun putting FAKE BAKE Self-Tanning Mousse product on? Oh yes, I did! It is a super-light foam mousse which was easy to apply and went on evenly. Now anybody who knows me knows my skin color is nauseatingly very pale, the kind where people are always asking, “Are you ill? Why don’t you get some sun?” Well, I have tried self-tanners in the past and just never really stick with them. Some get yuck all over my clothes, some make my skin l ook like a zebra they are so streaky, some wash off in no time. I found FAKE BAKE Mousse had none of these qualities. FAKE BAKE mousse was a pleasant shade for my pale pale skin–helping me to have some summer glow but it was ONE even color, which is so pleasant. When I finished, nothing got on my clothes and the mousse seemed to have a staying power! Wow! And did I mention the fun to apply Application? I loved watching my skin transform to something with a nice healthy color! I recommend Fake Bake Mousse and their other line on self Tanning products. As someone who is a STRONG advocate for protecting yourself when you are in the sun (see our blog post here on Melanoma https://stillblondeafteralltheseyears.com/2010/05/giveway-50-summer-must-have-bracelet-melanoma-awareness-women-over-45/), I can’t recommend a better way to get that healthy summer glow without the harmful rays of the sun! Yipee! Plus I think they have the most hilarious slogan–Fake Bake–Live the Lie!
