water and basic first aid supplies
For here in Ohio, I’d say the emergency blanket and the hand warmers are the most important for me. If I got stuck in the snow, or even on a cold day, that would be a life saver!
The mask in case of smoke or chemicals.

the emergency blanket. we live in a very rural area. in the winter we keep a couple of old comforters in the car in a case of a “late night no cel service” breakdown
The water and food are most important! Unless it’s raining, then the poncho is more important.
The purified water because water is essential to survival!
the flashlight because we always lose power in earthquakes
I would pick the first aid kit, in case someone is or gets hurt.
Water is definitely the most important item in the kit. Your body can’t function without fluids.
I believe the first-aid kit is the most important thing to have during an emergency. If someone were to get injured it is comforting to know that there are supplies (even little ones) that can help stop bleeding or clean a wound until adequate medical help is found. I also believe the flashlight is also important and probably has the highest chance of being used most frequently. The lights often go out during storms all year!
I think the most vital item is the purified water because in order to survive you must stay hydrated.
I love the water so that I can drink and the hand warmers to keep me warm.
flashlight – i hate when there is no electricity!
six purified waters
It’s a popular answer so far & I also have to say the six purified waters – water you gotta have it!
first aid kit, better safe than sorry
I think the first aid kit is the most important because my kids seem to need one even when it is not an emergency. :O
I would say the water as to not get dehydrated
water is by far the best component, you can not survive without water
