Oh geez. What a tough question. lol Umm… I love how low maintenance and loving cats are and how playful and loyal dogs are. But… I’d rather scoop a litter box than dodge land mines in my backyard. Cats for the win!

Having been a cat and dog owner, there is nothing like coming home to your dog. They are the best!!!!!!

I agree that dogs are better.. I love cats too, though. I have two dogs right now.. but I am always fostering shepherds so sometimes we have up to 4. It’s a crazy house when that happens!
Awww I do love doggies, but cats are a woman’s best friend. Kitties teach us how to be independent, hissy and stand-offish LOL. (but still cute and loveable too!)

Sooo cute! I love dogs but I had to vote for cats lol. We only have one super spoiled kitty at home (we lost our dog in April and other cat 3 days after Christmas – pet cancer sucks!!!) but she quite possibly thinks she’s a dog…. She can sit when told, give you her paw when asked… and while she never found her voice so when she meows, no sound comes out… if someone knocks on the door or rings the doorbell – she growls like a dog haha!

I actually like both…but we only have dogs(at the moment) so I went with dogs.
I never had a cat growing up, just dogs. In my 30s, my son brought home a cat and since then, it’s been cats, cats, cats. I love them and feel they are very misunderstood. We can go on vacation for at least a week and not have to worry about someone having to come feed them and let them out and we don’t have to board them. I still like dogs too, but I like cats better now.
Regardless of my online persona, I can not possibly vote on this poll. Living with BOTH species, I know what revenge I would be in for should they discover which way I voted. On that topic though, I will say cats are the more vengeful.

I am going to have to go Dogs here – simply because of the blinds that were destroyed – too close to home – we had a curtain incident a long time ago and now I can finally laugh about it.
