400 recipes means that I’ll be able to utilize more of the book!
I like that it has the veggies and the fruits that are associated with the particular time of the year and the season to be able to get the most of the nutrition they have to offer.
I find it very helpful when the recipe tells me exactly what heat a burner should be on. This book has that! I also like the nutritional values being printed with the recipes.
I love that this book has recipes for weeknights, weekends and special occasions. That way I can use it daily to make lighter meals for my family.

I like the wide variety of recipes.
Rick Bayless made a comment on the book and that does it for me.
I like that there’s so many recipes in the book and that they are all geared towards eating healthier. It looks like the kind of recipe book I would use several times a week.
I want to learn more about the nine principles.
one of my resolutions was to eat healthier, and this book can provide me with great recipes to do just that.
I am excited to read it has weekday meals.
I love that it has 400 recipes. I hate when I get a cookbook that only has 2 recipes i can use
I decided that I needed to start incorporating lighter meals into our meals because I tend to cook the old fashioned comfort meals. We’re both getting older and my husband has high blood pressure and I have inherited cholesterol, which we both take meds for. This would be a great start, as I don’t know “light cooking”.
I love that the recipes (400 to be exact) are based on simple principals of healthy eating. And the fact that there were reviews by some great chefs was a bonus for me!
It’s all based on the 9 principles of healthy eating.
I love that there are 400 recipes, I always get stuck in a rut cooking the same things. Variety is what I need. Thanks
I like the fact that Rick Bayless and Ming Tsai offered compliments about the book.
I like that the recipes are easy to understand and that my kids can help me.
I like that there’s 400 recipes. Thanks!
I Like that it has simple principals to cooking lightly, and that they are recipes you actually have ingredients in your house. I hate finding a recipe and not knowing even what some of the ingredients are. My youngest is really into cooking lately and is quite a good cook, she would love this book too, after I go through it of course lol.
I like that the cookbook, also, has special occasion recipes because we entertain quite a bit.
