Create a Souper Buffet with Boulder Organic Foods!
Today’s discussion is brought to you by Boulder Organic Foods!
Shelley (the Chief Blonde) likes to make me (Walt) fun dinners. Tonight we had a soup buffet! It was much appreciated as I drove 1.5 hours home from work in a pretty nasty snow storm (Yes it IS SPRING…but Michigan doesn’t care!) When I got home, this lovely dinner was waiting for me on the kitchen counter. Soups! My favorite meal!
I had four different Boulder Organic Foods Soups that I could choose between: Chicken Quinoa and Kale, Garden Minestrone, Roasted Tomato Basil, , and Chicken Vegetable Chili. I opted for the Chicken Vegetable Chili and Shelley chose the Chicken Quinoa and Kale.
Just look at how thick and rich these soups are. Nothing foofy about this soup.I found the Chili very hearty but not loaded with a bunch of potatoes like some soups. This chili was packed with tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans, carrots, zuchinni…just what I needed after my long cold drive home.
Shelley loved her Boulder Organic Foods Chicken Quinoa and Kale. She said it was very flavorful and fresh and that she could really taste the quinoa. So of course, I had to “help” her finish her bowl and she was right!
Souping instead of Juicing
According to The New York Times, souping has replaced juicing as the way to minimize calorie intake and cleanse the body. Souping wins out in many instances as it offers more fiber, lessens the sugar consumption compared with juicing and offers a greater variety of flavors so “soupers” don’t become hangry. But to Boulder Organic Foods, the brand known for its certified organic, gluten-free and Non-GMO soup, souping isn’t a fad, but rather a great way to eat nutritious and flavorful food that promotes a healthy lifestyle. The Boulder-based brand is committed to offering consumers robust flavor profiles that taste great without overindulging in sugar or calories.
Shelley appreciated the fact the soups were so easy to find at our local Target and that she could have a great meal waiting for me when I got home after a long day that was organic, filling and fresh. I appreciated that the soup tasted like it came from a garden and not a lab. Just check out all the amazing varieties that Boulder Organic Foods soups come in:

The closest place I can buy Boulder organic soups would be at a Target, 11.5 miles
Waterford CT 6385. I would like to try this soup and would make the drive over to Target. It has all that I look for in a store bought soup. # 1 important reason is that is organic. The second reason I would buy the soup is it ALWAYS NON-GMO. The thickness and quality of the soup looks delicious. I would choose the Carrot Ginger Soup With Coconut first to try. Thank you for the review.
Yeah! It’s available at the Targets near us here in NYS. I bet my husband would love this, so that’s why I’d want to win this for him. Thanks and God bless!
