Hersheys Camp Bondfire –Smores Fun
Hershey’s Smores–some Double Decker YUM!
The Chief Blonde Remarks: At Blogher 12, I attended the Hershey’s Camp Bondfire Suite. While there, we cooked smores over mini-open flamed fires and hung out in a room (on the 40th floor on the Hilton NYC) decorated like a campground. It was truly, the “sweetest” suite at the conference. Hershey’s and Walmart have teamed-up to help your family create sweet memories this summer especially when it comes to cookouts! As you know, Walmart is your one-stop-shop for all of your cook-out needs – including ingredients for everyone’s favorite summer time treat – S’mores! S’mores are made with Hershey’s milk chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows.

That was a great giveaway and promotion. Our Walmart has had graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey’s bars out together on an end cap…one stop for S’mores. It’s National Smores Day! Ooey, gooey, marshamallowey, chocolate goodness is what today is about. My son and grandkids have been talking about a fire pit, and my grankids love burning marshmallows over a fire. 🙂
S’mores…they seem to put a smile on adults and kids faces and brings people together. My grandson loves making s’mores. It’s Backyard Campout Day, and I hope they will campout and make smores.
Hi Sherry, I saw a complete s’mores kit including the forks.
It’s hard too find educated people for this topic, but you sound
like you know what you’re talking about! Thanks
I remember when the power went out during a storm. My brother and I were both young and it was scary. Mom pulled out marshmallows, and we roasted them on forks over candles. We made s’mores and it was just a really fun experience for us. Kudos, Mom!
When I was in girl scouts we would make them every year at camp. I guess my troop leader had a secret ingredient, because they don’t taste as good now.
My favorite s’mores memory is teaching my grand kids how to make them.
My daughters and I always make smores at home. Somehow my oldest daughter is the only one who can eat them without getting chocolate or marshmallow anywhere on herself or anywhere else.

We love making them in our backyard with fire pit!
I remember making s’mores camping with my dad when I was younger.. now I can’t wait to make them with my daughter!!
