The Chief Blonde Remarks: I am avid follower of Hallee the Homemaker. Not only does Hallee Bridgeman write a a blog about Homemaking (and a great one) but Hallee also has very indepth viewpoints about her family’s daily diet ( Levitical), her role as a wife and mother (Titus 2) and her approach to her faith (a follower of Jesus and child of God). Hallee is truly one of my favorite bloggers, not only for the yummy recipes she shares but also the thought provoking “Takes” she often has on daily situations. I have cried with her and laughed with her.
Yet..I have never met Hallee. When she asked me to present her latest romantic novels to you, I jumped at the chance without hesitation. I have not had a a chance to read the novels myself, but I know that you will love them as I have come to love Hallee’s writing on different topics! All book are available for Kindle and as Paperbacks.
The First Novel in the Series is Sapphire Ice. You can find Sapphire Ice at Amazon, Smashwords, or Barnes & Noble. Here’s an excerpt:
The men in Robin’s life have never been anything but pushers and users. Tony’s intrusion into her exhausted world both infuriates her and intrigues her. Does Tony have a chance to break through the wall of ice Robin built around her heart?
Second in the Jewel Trilogy is Emerald Fire, which you can get from Amazon, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, and Goodreads. Here is a blurb from the book:
Beautiful and vivacious Maxine Bartlett finally finds a love that will release her from the prison of her terrifying past. But, will her new husband’s mistrust of God stand in the way of their happily ever after?
The final book in Hallee’s Romantic Novel series is Topaz Heat which you can find a Createspace here. And, if you prefer an autographed copy, you can get it on eBay here. Here’s a short excerpt from the novel:

I like Sapphire because stories where the characters have to work for the HEA are more interesting to read.
Topaz Heat – I love a good poor rough kid in rich society and love that spans the time.
Emerald Fire: I like a lot
topaz heat because topaz is my birthstone!
I’m most interested in Sapphire Ice since it’s the first of the trilogy and it only makes sense to read the first one first…I have never read anything by this author but her books sound wonderful and I appreciate they are christian oriented.
Topaz Heat appeals to me the most. You can’t judge someone by their past or looks as Sarah does. And Sarah’s past sounds a bit mysterious.
Topaz heat sounds interesting because it still shows that people judge you from the cover (outside). Would be curious to see as they both get older, if she gives him the time of day.
Sapphire Ice:… because, well… I really wanna compare notes with the book & my daughter’s boyfriends… lol
Sapphire Ice is a book that intrigues me immensely.
I like Sapphire Ice because it is easy to relate to.
I’d like Emerald Fire. I like the storyline that he is a widower trying to find love again. I think that is an emotionally vunerable story
Emerald Fire- The attorney sounds Hot!
Sapphire Ice because I can relate to a walled up heart.
I believe that my wife would like Emerald Fire the best, from the write up it sounds like a book that would be right up her alley!
I’d like to read Emerald Fire…the book sounds very interesting. Hope you have a great day! 🙂
Topaz Heat because it reminds me that my parents didn’t approve of my husband and now we’ve been married for 39 years.
I think Topaz Heat. I like stories about love, and also the aspect of the guy coming up from nothing. Sounds like it would be a great romance 🙂

Topaz Heat: It’s a romance.
Topaz Heat – the summary makes me want to read more 🙂
I’m most interested in Topaz Heat, for the rags to riches mentality of the lead male. I like the stories where the leading lady almost despises the lead man in the beginning 🙂
