My favorite feature of the book is the Introduction to Mexican Cooking. I haven’t made much authentic Mexican food at home, so I could really use a basic course on fundamentals (spices, etc).
My favorite aspect of the book is that it focuses on sauces.
I like that this cookbook also covers Techniques for Authentic Mexican Cooking.
I love how the recipes are authentic but not difficult to prepare! I love how many spices will be used as I’m not very good with knowing what to add!
