Traveling with Bladder Leakage

Traveling Difficulties with Bladder Leakage

Today’s discussion Traveling with Bladder Leakage was sponsored by Depend.

When you go on vacation, it’s supposed to be carefree. LaLaLa. Getting away from it all, leaving your worries behind.

But when you have “Traveling Difficulties” like bladder leakage…well, you can’t leave that behind. Bladder leakage follows you everywhere.

For example, PACKING. Now we all know packing for a trip can be a tad difficult. We, as women, often like to take everything along. True confession: I am such an overpacker that I prefer to drive to a destination versus fly. However, that’s not always possible. Sometimes you have to fly, and Walt prefers that we just take our computer bags and a carry-on. Walt is an underpacker, and as a result, he expects me to be one too. Ugh! Bladder leakage makes packing so difficult. Here’s my carry-on for a week.

Depend #underwarness #Dropyourpants

Yep, that nine pairs of pants/bottoms and nine pairs of underwear, one for each day and two “just-in-case” pairs.  I haven’t even included my tops or SHOES!! Yes, I would prefer to bring two pairs of black pants and one pair of jeans and be done but with bladder leakage, that’s just not possible. If you have no place to do wash, you must pack bottoms for everyday + additional ones, it’s always been my only way to stay fresh. Until now…

Depend #underwarness #Dropyourpants

With these products from Depend, bladder leakage protection is all of a sudden NO BIG DEAL. You can pack like a teenager. Hey, everything might even fit in a backpack! You don’t have to be afraid to wear Depend products if you suffer from bladder leakage. Depend products are designed such that they are not a bulky diaper but a thin comfortable solution. You no longer have to feel the the stigma associated with bladder leakage protection, you just go on about your day with the knowledge you are using a product designed to deal with your issue.

Hey! Want to solve your “traveling with bladder leakage” issues?

Depend has definitely come a long way. I certainly would not call this underwear an adult diaper.

You have a very valid point that you can’t leave your bladder leakage at home. My mil suffers from this and it most certainly takes some extra planning and care.

I have dropped my pants for the cause a few times now- this is such a great campaign with a great message! I have experienced LBL due to medical issues, for a period and having Depend really put me at ease so I could get back to my life!

I have been in a bad place before with not enough pants or undies to get me through a trip. Late nights spent in the hotel laundry room….not fun. Next time I’ll remember your tips!

The statistics are really surprising! I’m with you – always have to take extra just in case when I travel! That’s just smart packing 😉

The Happy Goats did their bit for this cause – they all put underwear ON! Goats don’t wear underwear you know. It was very entertaining.

OMG! I love the mascot dropping her pants. What a fun idea. I remember that my mom really needed Depends. They are so helpful for people who need them. I love that they are donating money to help with research and education.
