Raspberry Custard Pie Recipe

May 30, 2014 By Shelley Zurek 40 Comments

Raspberry Season is coming! Raspberry Custard Pie…mmm!

I am participating in a Vibrant Influencer network campaign for Reddi-wip. I am receiving a fee for posting; however, the opinions expressed in this post are my own. I am in no way affiliated with Reddi-wip and do not earn a commission or percent of sales.

Raspberry Custard Pie

I am a Raspberry Girl!

I believe that raspberries are the God’s greatest creation in the fruit family. They are wonderfully sour and sweet with a jammy taste all their own. When I was 14 and 15, I spent the summer working on a U-Pick berry farm in Goodrich, MI. While I have no pictures to share of those days, I can still conjure up the scent of the fields when I would arrive at 7:00 am each morning.

People would be brought to us in wagons (we were field supervisors) and we’d direct them where to pick. It was great fun, and you could eat all the strawberries and raspberries that you wanted! Bonus!

Need a great Raspberry Custard Pie recipe?

My mother and grandmother shared a love for pie making. Every single creation was phenomenal. My favorite pies that they made were custard pies. They made blueberry, peach, rhubarb and my personal favorite was Raspberry Custard pie! This Raspberry Custard Pie Recipe video below shows me continuing that tradition.

 Reddi-wip + Berries= Oh My! Just 15 calories a Whoosh!

reddi-wip woosh

I like a little Reddi-wip on top of this pie. Did you know that Reddi-wip is only 15 calories a whoosh, whether you are eating Original, Extra-Creamy or Chocolate Reddi-wip? One of the reasons Reddi-wip® sounds, looks, and tastes so good is that it has always been made with real dairy cream—and never hydrogenated oils like some other whipped toppings.  Reddi-wip can provide you with   on their website.

Raspberries are not as popular as other berries, but your article will probably change that for the better. Of course Reddi Whip is always a favorite, and thanks for the sweeps.

Reddi-wip is so convenient that I always have some in my fridge. My husband is the worst about just eating it from the can.

I’m a fruit lover and I definitely love myself some raspberries! This recipe sounds downright sinful but it involves fruit so it has to be healthy, right? 😉
