Top 10 Lobster Facts

Top Lobster Facts
As part of it’s Lobsterfest 30th Anniversay Celebration, Red Lobster has provided you with these Top Ten Lobster Facts!

The Chief Blonde Chows Down at Red Lobster’s 30th Annual Lobsterfest

Lobsterfest

Now through April 14, Red Lobster is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Lobsterfest with succulent new and classic lobster entrées. This is the one time of year when guests can truly celebrate their love of lobster with a wide variety of dishes they can’t experience anywhere else. Dish pictured: Wood-Grilled Lobster & Tacos

Lobsterfest Bar Harbor Lobster Bake

Top to Bottom, Left to Right:  The Chief Blonde enjoys some of Red Lobster’s famous biscuits; New item on the Lobsterfest menu the “Bar Harbor Lobster Bake”;  Dishing up the Lobster Bake; All GONE!

Lobsterfest has 9 Menu Choices…Mmmmm

The Chief Blonde and her husband Walt attended Lobsterfest as guests of Red Lobster.  They each ordered the Lobster Bake ($24.99).  The Lobster Bake consists of a roasted split Maine lobster tail, tender shrimp, sea scallops, mussels, and linguini in a garlic and white wine broth.  GAHHHH!!  It was beyond DELICIOUS!  The Lobster Bake was so generous in size,  the Chief Blonde and her husband Walt were able to split one and take the other home.  The dinner also came with all the delicious Red Lobster biscuits you can eat and a lovely salad of your choice.

Pssst…I found a coupon on Google offers for another $10 off the meal!

Choose from nine available Lobsterfest menu options, including:

  • New! Wood-Grilled Lobster & Tacos – A wood-grilled split Maine lobster tail and three lobster-and-shrimp tacos with cilantro slaw, fresh pico de gallo and spicy ranch sauce
  • New! Maine Lobster & Shrimp Trio – A wood-grilled Maine lobster tail, garlic-grilled shrimp, and lobster-and-shrimp mac ‘n’ cheese with a white Cheddar and bacon sauce, topped with Parmesan crumbs. Served with wild rice pilaf.
  • Lobster Lover’s Dream – A succulent rock lobster tail and sweet split Maine lobster tail, roasted and served with lobster and shrimp linguini Alfredo.

The full list of Lobsterfest menu items can be found here.

Remember Lobsterfest ends April 14

…Women over 45 and all our younger friends, if you are getting a tax refund, you may just want to spend a little of it at Red Lobster!

While my son lives near the ocean and knows “real” seafood, Red Lobster is good for me. Looks like you enjoy, too. 🙂 While I’m not really there for the lobster, I loved their fried shrimp and fried scallops. It’s Fried Scallops Day…maybe we will both get there soon.

I love lobster. We used to live in Maine and that was wonderful. We always swing over to the coast when we visit the relatives in New England.

We have gone to Lobsterfest at Red Lobster, but not this year.

I love Red Lobster. My Mom and I always go for Valentine’s Day since my Dad passed in ’99. It’s our Mom and daughter time and it keeps her from getting so lonesome during the holiday. She’ll probably get to go this year for Mom’s day, if I can talk her into it =D
