Sams Club Back to College Affordable Bulk Offerings

Sams Club Back to College Bulk buys!

Sam’s Club for Back to College or School–Buy it in Bulk

After putting together an article about the Bulk offering available at Sam’s Club , I headed over to my local Sam’s Club on Baldwin Road in Auburn Hills, MI.  I wanted you to see a video of all the items, so you can SEE what you can get at a Sam’s Club for your back to school mission.  With four children in college, I rely on Sam’s Club for stocking up on  bulk offering for my children so that we only have to buy them once a semester.  The kind of things I buy at Sam’s for my college aged children is printer ink, printer paper, binders, snacks, detergent, soda, paper products, and snacks.

You can find many examples of money savings from buying in bulk at Sam’s Club.  For example in the video, we show you how the same gum that you might buy at a gas station for $1.49 is available at Sam’s Club for $.90/pack when you buy in bulk.  Sam”s Club is really an ideal spot for buying in bulk.  Almost everyone has a Sam’s Club near them, their selection for necessary school supplies is superior, and the affordability of bulk packaging makes it a WIN for extended college stays and multiple students from one household.

Don’t have a Sam’s Club near you?  You can get many of the bulk items online as well at  Sam’s Club website ! Head over to  Sam’s Club facebook page to learn more.

You did such a fabulous job and I love that you know your kids so well and buy those paper plates. I don’t know any college student that does dishes and I know they surely appreciate you even more for buying those essentials for them.

I can only get part way through your video it keeps freezing on me 🙁 Didn’t get to see the handsome husband you are always telling us about. Great deal on the binders by the way.

How did you get away with filming yourself at Sam’s Club. I get yelled at just for trying to snap a photo. Thanks for the great info. We have a brand new Sam’s Club in our town and I enjoy shopping there. I have a long time till our kids go off to college but it’s never too early to start planning and thinking about it.

Watching this video actually kind of makes me miss shopping for going back to college! We used to do the same thing–head over to Sam’s and buy a lot of what I needed in bulk. Not only was it cheaper, but it meant I didn’t have to worry about finding a ride to the grocery store and lugging everything back on my own.

How did I not realize you have 4 children in college now?? Anyway, I have to agree with you my parents and I always made trips to Sams before I headed back to school. I’m a huge fan of the bulk pack of Swedish Fish – perfect study break snack. – Katy

Love your video! You are so brave for filming it right there in the store. I need to renew my Sam’s Club membership. Buying in bulk definitely saves money!

Since I have a family of 6, I have been thinking lately that I need a membership to maybe Sam’s or Costsco.

It wasn’t until this year that I realize what a great resource Sam’s Club was for back-to-school shopping like that! I sent my son a bunch of stuff last week!

We need to start buying in bulk around here, but especially when my son is old enough for college! My brother just moved 4 hours away for school, and I can think of some things he would want/need from Sam’s Club!!
