Don’t you hate cooking fish inside at home?  I do.  Well in fact, pretty much I don’t (cook fish inside at home) ..because it just makes the house STINK!  What if you had a way to combat those odors?  Would you cook fish more?  Filtrete Odor Reduction Filters have tested to be  65 times more effective than other carbon filters at removing odors, such as those from cooking (ughh Fish), tobacco smoke, pets, mildew and cleaning chemicals. It’s interesting because the filter starts to remove even the strongest odors in minutes, after the furnace fan is turned on.

Healthy living expert, Building Biologist and author Lisa Beres recommends Filtrete Odor Reduction Filter to reduce odors in the home.  It traps odors and gases from the air passing through the filter and helps keep the home fresh. Lisa recognizes that  synthetic air fresheners, candles and incense can provide some relief as an alternative but notes that they only provide temporary relief from odors by masking them in one particular room but will do nothing to remove the odors from the entire home.

I agree with Lisa and feel like a whole house filters like a Filtrete Odor Reduction Filter would be a better alternative for me and my family. I am so allergic to anything scented that candles, air freshners and incense are an option that I cannot even consider!  My husband, Walt, loves to have lots of plants around though, because he feels they add to the health of our home.
