Teacher Week has come around again, and what an important week it is. I like when companies help and more and more are recognizing our teachers. Today is National Teacher Day. My daughter-in-law is a teacher, and I found a link for her on teacher freebies and specials today. Such an important group of people. You are right in your reply to my earlier response…the best ones let you be yourself and encourage you.
Teachers are role models, inspirations, friends, mentors, and heroes. Good ones touch kids and stay with them. I’m glad they had this, and I hope they still do. It’s World Teachers’ Day! Did you have a favorite teacher?
I did have many Sherry! It would be hard to narrow it down but it’s the ones who accepted me as I was and tried to encourage that person. Shelley
