100 calories of Yummy! Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt Review

August 18, 2013 By Shelley Zurek 14 Comments

Women over 45 will Love this Lo-cal Treat!

For this Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt Review, I am participating in the Vibrant Influencer Network Healthy Choice campaign.  I have been provided with free products and remuneration in exchange for my honest opinions about the product.  All opinions are my own and were not influenced, nor reviewed, by Healthy Choice prior to posting.

Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt pairs perfectly with fruit or tastes great alone!

Has that European Flair!

When I lived in Switzerland for four years, one of the biggest treats was their ice cream.  It was so rich, creamy and high high high in fat!  Now that I am back in the US, I rarely eat ice cream as the European ice cream is hard to beat.  So imagine my SHOCK when I tried Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt and loved it!

It has the tartness of Greek yogurt but the creaminess of European ice cream.  I literally found myself swirling it in my mouth to coat my tongue with all the yummy flavor and delicious ingredients.

Loving Healthy Choice Greek Yogurt

Stunned!

My husband, Walt,  and I had this two nights in a row. Walt had Vanilla and mixed in fresh blueberries, while I had the Raspberry. The ice cream was super paired with fruit or as a stand alone. On the second night, as I was licking my spoon and rolling my eyes, I said to Walt “I wonder how many calories this is?”  I was thinking that the great taste of  Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt might even be worth a calorie splurge.  Can you fathom how surprised I was when I read the nutrition facts and discovered each container was A MERE 100 CALORIES?  GAHHH!!!

Flavors Galore!

When you eat this frozen yogurt you aren’t stuck with a bunch of little kid flavors either.  There are flavors that appeal to Women over 45 or any grown-up.

Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt Flavors

Flavors include blueberry, dark fudge swirl, raspberry, vanilla bean, strawberry and honey swirl!

When I bought the Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt at my local Meijers store, I found it not in the ice cream section, but instead, right next to the Healthy Choice Meals. Which I thought was brilliant. I can get all my favorite Healthy Choice Products in one place.  Visit the to learn more or get a  for $1 off and try it for yourself.

Which 100 Calorie Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt would you like to try first?

My daughter tells me today is National Frozen Yogurt Day. I’m trying to do better about eating yogurt. I typically go for strawberry. This frozen yogurt is still one I know she wants to try. A good reminder for us to put it on the list. So glad you enjoyed it.

Yum…never tried frozen yogurt but it sounds good. It’s vanilla ice cream day so I should go for the vanilla bean, but I would try either the strawberry or dark fudge first. Honey swirl sounds good too…a touch of sweetness.

I have been wanting to try these! I think I would go for the Vanilla Bean, though they all sound like healthy options.

Oh no! It is saying there are no locations to buy Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt within 30 miles. I am going to look on the store shelves anyway in case the locator isn’t telling the truth.

I would love to try the Honey Swirl! So different but I bet it makes a fantastic and refreshing dessert. Checking out the website to see if any of the local stores carry it!

I became addicted to these Healthy Choice Greek Frozen yogurt cups for their low calorie count, and creamy texture. They are super indulgent, yet don’t weight me down or make me feel guilty. I hunt the Raspberry at my local Walmart, they aren’t stocked readily in my town, but I always get excited when I spot them, and can stock up!

Oh my gosh all that frozen yogurt looks delicious! I would definitely go for the strawberry flavor, I like strawberry everything! Although the honey swirl seems interesting, I’ve never had anything like that before so I think I’m actually going to give that a try!

I lived a couple of years in Europe – in the Netherlands to be exact it’s very true, their ice cream and frozen yoghurts are just to die for!

I need to check out if they sell Healthy Choice in our supermarket. I love all the flavors you mentioned here but I would try the Honey Swirl first!
