I often like to check in to superfoods/health sites to refresh my memory on all the different ones. We hear about leafy greens and berries, but it is nice to see other superfoods. Plus, it is always nice to look at the recipes again to change up what you are doing.

Superfoods are important. Getting in your fruits and veggies on a daily basis is needed for health and wellness. Summertime is a great time to do this. Smoothies are great for the hot days, and fruits are cheaper and fresher since in season. Great post.
