A healthy alternative to your 6oz glass of evening wine, a wonderful wine smoothie!

Serves: 2
  • 7 oz red wine (your favorite)
  • 1 raspberry or blackberry light yogurt (6oz)
  • 40 frozen black berries, raspberries or mixture of both
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Pour in glasses
  3. Share and Enjoy!
