Wine Smoothie

- 7 oz red wine (your favorite, the cheap stuff is fine)
- 1 raspberry or blackberry Yoplait light yogurt (6oz)
- 40 frozen black berries, raspberries or mixture of both
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Pour in glasses
- Drink it up
