A wonderfully simple and showy pie made from the best fruit on God's planet -- raspberries! (You can also use peaches, blueberries, and rhubarb!). Serve with Reddi-wip or Ice cream.

Ingredients
1 pie single layer pie crust (uncooked)
2 cups of raspberries
1 cup milk
1½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Tapioca
Reddi-wip or ice cream for topping
Instructions
Gently beat eggs
Into beaten eggs, stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and tapioca
Add fruit to mixture
Line pie dish with uncooked pie dough to form a crust
Pour fruit mixture into pie crust
Bake 325 degrees for 70 minutes, if still very jiggly continue baking in 5 minute increments until almost firm.
Top warm pie with Reddi-Wip or ice cream
