Fixing your Facebook Newsfeed (News Feed), Get The News From ALL your PAGES

Seem to be Missing Out on News of Giveaways and Great Articles from your FAV Pages?

Missed out on that HUGE giveaway? Didn’t get news of your nephew’s birth?

Facebook has recently (again) adjusted their privacy settings. In doing so, you may not be getting all the feed that you want. You may just be getting the feed that you interact with THE MOST! Here’s a simple step by step instruction manual to make sure you don’t miss out!

1. From your Facebook Wall/Newsfeed (not your profile), change the setting to “Most Recent” instead of Top News by clicking on the blue arrow (the first red arrow in the picture below tells you where to look). You always want to choose “Most Recent” whenever you come to your wall. It is just so much more logical and will always helps you to see everything it order.

2. Now that you are in “Most Recent”, the drop down menu will appear when you click on the blue arrow next to Most Recent. Now click on “Edit Options”. (See where second red arrow is pointing in picture above?)

3. In the pop-up box, choose “All your Friends and Pages”, instead of the default which MAY be showing which says “Friends and pages that you interact with the most”. Remember to click SAVE at the bottom once you have made your choice!

Yippee! Now you will never miss another important family event, the latest scoop, OR a great Giveaway on Still Blonde after all these YEARS!

During a holiday season already reporting a 12% boost in online shopping, Friday’s third annual Free Shipping Day could prove one of the busiest days of all for shoppers and merchants alike. According to a recent Unicast poll, 37% of consumers intend to participate in Free Shipping Day to avoid shipping fees and grab last-minute bargains.

Free Shipping Day is a one-day event when consumers can shop online from their favorite brands and receive free shipping with delivery by Christmas Eve. Launched in 2008, Free Shipping Day will this year feature a record 1500+ participating merchants.

“The response has exceeded even our own lofty expectations, but the enthusiasm makes sense,” said Free Shipping Day founder Luke Knowles. “Shoppers love the convenience of shopping online, but are turned off by expensive shipping fees. On the merchant side, sales often plummet towards the middle of December with many folks concerned their gifts won’t arrive in time for Christmas. Free Shipping Day alleviates both problems. It’s really a win-win.”
