To the Rescue: Brother P-Touch Labeler

As an Ambassador for Brother P-Touch Labeler Campaign, I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Brother P-Touch and received a product sample to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

Reaching your Tipping Point

Can you put up with mess for just so long? Then do you just break down and have to have a cleaning party? I know I do! The picture up above shows my blogging cupboard. I use this cupboard to store things that I have reviewed or need to review. You will note it needs some REAL help. Let’s take a closer look.

This mishmash of books, cosmetics, jewelry, clothing, housewares and etc just cries for some organization. I just can’t take it anymore. That’s what usually pushes me to a tipping point…embarrasssing mess. Even though this stash is deep in the bowels of the basement back in the tornado shelter, I still have SOME pride of place. So I am ready to get started organizing this mess.

Using my Tools, my Handy Dandy Brother P-touch Labeler

I plan to use my Brother P-Touch Labeler PT-H100 to get the project started. One problem I have, is that my knees just KILL me whenever I go up and down the stairs. Many times, I will have my husband or kids take the blogging stuff down to the basement and put it on these shelves. Of course, they have no idea of my method of organization, so they just kind of stuff in an open spot. (I just might sometimes too!) With each shelf neatly labeled, I can simply tell them, “Put this on the “Household” shelf. ” BAHM! All of a sudden, I will be so much more organized.

In reality, I have to figure out what I have first, decide how much shelf space is needed now and in the future, and then label the shelves. I have my plan in place, I just have to execute by the end of the month! Watch for part two of this article.

My husband gets food caught under a crown in his tooth constantly. I have several teeth that have a wide gap where food just LOVES to collect! Sound familar? Chief Blonde Remarks: As many of you know, my blog policy is to only POST reviews for items I recommend. That’s why I won’t do a review from a Hi-Res picture (can you believe that’s all some companies offer? or that some bloggers do that?) My and my husband’s experience with the Waterpik Ultra Waterflosser was top notch. Highly recommend purchasing this unit for yourself, your teen with braces, or a loved one who wants a better way to floss. My husband and I found that we only used one of the tips, the Classic jet tip, but we could see that we COULD use the others in different situations in our life. The Waterflosser is really non-irritating, your mouth actually TINGLES after use. I found it quite fun to use and it takes up very little counter space with an lovely clean design. On my first few attempts at using it, I must admit, I did spray a little bit of water around the bathroom because…well…I didn’t read the directions on how to use the water pause button..teehee. Once I got the hang of it, it was just a quick extra minute each day but it replaced flossing…and wasn’t painful. My husband LOVES the unit, it gets to sit on his sink (read about our separate vanity issues) but he still lets me use it–Thank goodness. I feel a good product solves a problem for you, I don’t think you will ever switch from your existing method of doing something unless the new device is better or cheaper or more efficient, etc. Truly, I can tell you that the Waterpik Ultra Flosser beats even the BEST dental floss, hands down. Of course, you can still keep your dental floss and use it occasionally if you want, BUT WHY WOULD YOU?
